At BarknBoard, we believe every dog deserves a holiday that feels just as good as yours. Nestled in the countryside (but still only a short drive from Limerick city), we offer a safe, cosy, and tail-waggingly fun home-from-home for your four-legged friend.

🏠 Overnight Boarding

Every guest gets their own clean, comfortable kennel with snug bedding, fresh water, and plenty of TLC. In chilly weather, heated sleeping areas keep things extra cosy—because warm paws equal happy dogs.

🍽 Feeding

We stick to your dog’s routine to keep things familiar. Bring along their usual food.

🐕 Exercise & Play

From zoomies to gentle strolls, all dogs enjoy multiple outdoor sessions every day. Solo adventures or group play (if suitable) take place in our secure, enclosed spaces—perfect for stretching legs, sniffing around, and making new pals.

💊 Medication & Special Care

We know that some dogs need a little extra care. We’ll happily give medications or follow special instructions to make sure your dog stays happy and healthy during their stay.

Daily photo or video updates (so you don’t miss the cute moments)

Multi-dog discounts (because good things come in pairs—or packs!)

• We offer a professional wash and dry if requested at a cost of €30.

We’re fully insured, and your dog’s well-being is always our top priority. Plus, we work closely with a trusted local vet who’s on call if ever needed. In short, you relax—we’ll do the worrying (and the belly rubs).
